We provide returns or exchanges for Pepper Essentials, Pepper Premium, Pepper Pro, and Pepper Goods up to 30 days after delivery. Items from our Global Brands must be returned up to 3 days after delivery.
The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
We cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for products that have been used, washed, worn, or altered.
In case the replacement item is out of stock, you will receive a Pepper Shop gift card in the denomination closest to the replacement item’s value.
To start a return or exchange, email us at email@example.com with your Order Number, items to return, and reasons for return/exchange. Our team will send you detailed instructions on how to return your purchase.
For damaged or incorrect items:
We do our best to make sure orders arrive in perfect condition, but accidents can happen. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged/incorrect item, together with details describing the issue, so we can sort this out for you as soon as possible. Our team will keep in touch throughout the return and replacement process.
