The Elevate range of kitchen tools has been specifically designed to improve hygiene and minimize the mess made by placing utensils onto kitchen surfaces during use. Each tool has an innovative, weighted handle with an integrated tool rest, ensuring that when an Elevate utensil is placed down, its head is always raised from the work surface.
The Elevate range comprises a variety of essential kitchen tools - including spoons, turners, tongs and spatulas - in a host of materials such as nylon, steel and silicone.

Return policy
We provide returns or exchanges for Pepper Essentials, Pepper Premium, Pepper Pro, and Pepper Goods up to 30 days after delivery. Items from our Global Brands must be returned up to 3 days after delivery.
The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
We cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for products that have been used, washed, worn, or altered.
In case the replacement item is out of stock, you will receive a Pepper Shop gift card in the denomination closest to the replacement item’s value.
To start a return or exchange, email us at shop@pepper.ph with your Order Number, items to return, and reasons for return/exchange. Our team will send you detailed instructions on how to return your purchase.
For damaged or incorrect items:
We do our best to make sure orders arrive in perfect condition, but accidents can happen. Please email us at shop@pepper.ph with photos of the damaged/incorrect item, together with details describing the issue, so we can sort this out for you as soon as possible. Our team will keep in touch throughout the return and replacement process.
