Return policy
We provide returns or exchanges for Pepper Essentials, Pepper Premium, Pepper Pro, and Pepper Goods up to 30 days after delivery. Items from our Global Brands must be returned up to 3 days after delivery.
The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
We cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for products that have been used, washed, worn, or altered.
In case the replacement item is out of stock, you will receive a Pepper Shop gift card in the denomination closest to the replacement item’s value.

For damaged or incorrect items:
We do our best to make sure orders arrive in perfect condition, but accidents can happen. Please email us at shop@pepper.ph with photos of the damaged/incorrect item, together with details describing the issue, so we can sort this out for you as soon as possible.
