Perfect for macarons

Recently got into macaron baking and this is a must buy! It really makes a huge difference from using parchment paper. and is SO EASY to remove from the mat. I can literally just pick them right off the mat. Since this doesnt come with the outline, I printed a template on a paper and put it under the mat as a guide for piping :)

Happy customer

Bought two of these just to have one for baking and another for oily, savory food since I know that smells might stick onto the mat and be a problem to wash off. Clean up with these have been such a breeze and I was able to just wipe off the excess oil or residue and rinse with warm water. Still noticed that the smells do cling on to the mats but that's expected

Makes better cookies

As someone with a baking business, I never knew that these would make better cookies compared to parchment paper. With the same recipe, I discovered that the cookies had a little more spread which resulted in crunchy edges and a soft center

No need for extra oil

Started on my health jouney so I'm trying to cut down on oils and resorting to baking my food. Ngl, this has been a great help and the most used item in my kitchen so far. No need to spray the pan because you can just remove the food with ease. Cleaning them might be tricky but I find that warm, soapy water does the trick. Just wipe them well and they're good to go!

Same as Silpat

I have a Silpat version of this at home and I honetly can't tell the difference between the two regarding performance. Silpat comes at a hefty price tag but I realized that this does the same thing at a fraction of the price. Super happy with this find and I hope you guys offer more sizes :)
