    We provide returns or exchanges for Pepper Essentials, Pepper Premium, Pepper Pro, and Pepper Goods up to 30 days after delivery. Items from our Global Brands must be returned up to 3 days after delivery.

    The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

    We cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for products that have been used, washed, worn, or altered.

    In case the replacement item is out of stock, you will receive a Pepper Shop gift card in the denomination closest to the replacement item’s value.

    To start a return or exchange, email us at shop@pepper.ph with your Order Number, items to return, and reasons for return/exchange. Our team will send you detailed instructions on how to return your purchase.

Sulit and worth the price!

Recently ko tong nakuha as a gift and ginamit ko na siya everyday for the past week. Maganda talaga ang quality niya and nakikita mo na even ang pagkainit ng niluluto mo. Sobrang sulit siya if gusto mo talaga mag invest in good quality cooking ware!

My friend recommended this pan to me so I recently just got it, and it's pretty good! I find it really easy to handle and clean. The size is also decent for everyday use! I have yet to compare it with the other pans I have at home, but so far I like it naman
